John Worden
John Worden has significant experience in small business accounting, business operations, marketing and taxation. John has over 10 experience as a small business owner and enjoys working closely with small business clients by helping them navigate the financial aspects of their business and minimize their tax burden. He utilizes his diverse experience to act as their advocate and identify the questions that they didn't even know to ask. Behind every small business is an individual and John relishes the challenge of working with individuals to minimize their tax situation. John has a saying that "taxes don't just happen", he encourages his clients to be active in their tax process and wants to help them understand, plan and reduce their taxes as much as possible.
John graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In 2013 he earned an Professional Accounting Certificate from the University of California Davis, became an Enrolled Agent and started at Cramer and Associates. In 2015, he earned his CPA license and became an owner of Cramer and Associates in 2019.
John is married, has two children and resides in Rocklin, He and his family enjoy golfing, going to sporting events, traveling and just hanging out together.
